The Exhibitor Preview offers a variety of sponsorships that not only allow for more exposure, but also for give-a-way promotions and audio enticements. The additional features enhance booth traffic and exposure, increasing exhibitors’ ROI.

Backlit Marquee Panel: This is a great way for exhibitors to brand their message and bring awareness to their company in a high traffic environment. Measuring 39.25” wide x 13” high, a marquee panel is a dynamic way to attract attendees.

Preview Wrap: The Wrap works well for those seeking high brand/message repetition. Four panels, each 76” wide by 8” high are placed side-by-side at the top of the main body of the Exhibitor Preview.

Bag Sponsorship: AES can distribute exhibitor’s bags from the Exhibitor Preview with detachable bag stands. This is a great way for exhibitors to achieve additional exposure as attendees walk through the show advertising their company.
