How it Works / Options

The Convention News Network is a fully turn-key service. AES will air a live, closed-captioned broadcast of CNN Headline News ™ on one television monitor. On the main television, AES will air show information, exhibitor commercials and Power Interviews. AES has partnered with Exhibitors Marketing Concepts, a production company, that creates very cost-effective, high-quality commercials from an exhibitor’s photographs or printed promotional material. AES can also market Power Interviews, which are usually filmed on-site the day before the show opens. AES will provide professional talent to interview the exhibitor in their booth to share exciting news, new products and innovations, or demonstrations. The pre-produced commercials, Power Interviews, and Show Information are all aired on a continuous 15-20 minute loop displayed on all Convention News Network kiosks throughout the facility.
