How It Works
With the onslaught of electronic communication everyone
has encountered over the past few years, the Buyer’s
Action Pack has become a very desirable service for
many show managers, exhibitors and attendees. This direct
mail piece provides attendees something to see, feel
and touch just as they are gearing up for the show and
making buying plans.
For many exhibitors, a direct mail campaign is cost
prohibitive, but research shows that it is a successful
way to market before a show. The Buyer’s Action Pack
is a cost-effective alternative for an exhibitor wishing
to launch a direct mail piece.
AES’ graphics department will assist the participating
exhibitor with the layout and design of their card.
The 3.5 x 5.5” card is professionally produced using
4-color printing. AES then mails the Buyer’s Action
Pack to the show’s pre-registered and targeted attendees.
AES always incorporates value for the Show with any
of our services. The front “label” card of the Buyer’s
Action Pack utilizes the show name and logo and the
back lists each participating exhibitor. Secondly, the
show will receive one other card within the deck on
a complimentary basis to highlight whatever you deem
appropriate.
Show producers can utilize this valuable program to
tell buyers why they must attend the show, while exhibitors
can emphasize why they must visit their exhibit.
